Standard in-stock items are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. For larger strength racks or custom-manufactured rigs, lead times can range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on production schedules.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy gym gear?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavy items like dumbbells and power racks are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customs duties may apply for orders outside the UK.
What is your return policy on fitness equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on equipment that has been bolted down or shows signs of heavy use.
Does Bulldog Gear equipment come with a warranty?
Absolutely. Our frames and structural welds feature a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. Wearable items like cable attachments and upholstery are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.
Can I track my freight delivery?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. For palletized deliveries, the courier will typically contact you to arrange a specific delivery window.
Do you provide installation services for home or commercial gyms?
We do offer professional installation services across the UK for large-scale setups. Please contact our support team with your floor plan and equipment list for a custom installation quote.
